By entering into a lease agreement with Loreto Community Housing (a Tier 1 registered Community Housing Provider) you eliminate the risk of rental arrears and vacancy periods. Our dedicated, professional maintenance team ensures a prompt response to all tenancy-related concerns.

Properties must be
- In areas of high demand and near public transport and essential services
- Available for at least two years and not currently for sale or under construction
- Vacant and compliant with legislation
- Insured
How it works:
- Loreto Community Housing assesses and inspects your property for suitability
- If approved, we will sign a two-year lease agreement with you
- You receive rent and any incentive payments directly from us
- We sub-lease the property to an eligible tenant and manage the tenancy with no fees
NRAS property owners:
You may be able to transition your property into the affordable private rental programs when your NRAS agreement ends. Contact us for more details.
