Loreto Community Housing is a National Regulatory System Community Housing (NRSCH) registered Tier 1 provider. The NRSCH vision is "to ensure a well governed, well managed and viable community housing sector that meets the housing needs of tenants and provides assurance for government and investors”.
Loreto Community Housing is ISO-9001:2015 accredited. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services. It is based on a number of quality management principles that include a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and a commitment to continual improvement.
