Message our Facebook page or email communications.lch@aohtas.org.au \nMORE DETAILS:\n\nThe competition is conducted by Loreto Community Housing (LCH).\n\nEntry Details: \n\nWhether you or your kids love to paint\, draw\, sketch\, colour\, or create digitally\, we’d love to see your festive masterpiece.\nCreate an artwork that fits 203mm x 125mm OR can be resized to meet this requirement.\nSubmit your design via the form and fill in all the details\nEntrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter the competition. Where an entrant is under 18 years of age\, a parent or guardian must provide their name and contact details.\nMultiple entries are permitted\nThe winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided with their entry.\n\nArtwork Requirements: \n\nAll artwork must be your original work.\nEntries must not contain any copyrighted material\, trademarks\, logos\, images\, or designs owned by another person or organisation unless the entrant has written permission to use them.\nEntries must be entirely created by the entrant. Artwork generated wholly or substantially using artificial intelligence (AI) tools is not permitted.\nEntries must not contain offensive\, defamatory\, discriminatory\, unlawful\, or inappropriate content.\n\n Eligibility: \n\nEntry is open to all residents of Tasmania.\nEntrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter the competition. Where an entrant is under 18 years of age\, a parent or guardian must provide their name and contact details with the entry and agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.\n\n\nCompetition Period: \n\nEntries must be received no later than 5:00pm on Friday 6 November 2026.\nLate entries may not be accepted at the discretion of LCH.\nLCH reserves the right to amend\, suspend\, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.\n\n Judging: \n\nEntries will be judged by a panel appointed by LCH.\nJudging will take into account creativity\, suitability for use as a Christmas card\, visual appeal\, and alignment with LCH’s values.\nThe judges’ decision is final.\n\n Prize: \n\nOne winner will receive a $100 Woolworths Gift Card.\nThe prize is not transferable\, exchangeable\, or redeemable for cash.\nThe prize may be collected from the LCH office in Bridgewater or mailed to the winner at no cost.\n\nWinner Notification: \n\nThe winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided with their entry.\nIf the selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days\, LCH may select an alternative winner.\nIf a draft or concept entry is selected as the winning entry and the entrant is unable to provide a completed artwork in the required format by Monday 9 November 2026\, LCH reserves the right to select an alternative winner.\n\nBy entering this competition\, you agree to: \n\nLCH and its related entities have a royalty-free licence to reproduce\, publish\, display\, modify\, adapt\, edit\, communicate\, and distribute the submitted artwork for promotional\, marketing\, community engagement\, reporting\, newsletter\, website\, social media\, and organisational purposes.\nLCH may publish and share both winning and non-winning entries\, including runners-up and shortlisted artwork\, across its communications channels\, including social media\, newsletters\, annual reports\, websites\, promotional materials\, and other publications.\nIf you win\, you agree to assign all intellectual property rights\, including copyright\, in the winning artwork to LCH upon acceptance of the prize.\nLCH may reproduce the artwork in whole or in part\, modify it\, combine it with other design elements\, add text or branding\, resize\, crop\, or otherwise adapt it for any purpose.\nYou agree that the artwork is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any other person.\nLCH will choose to credit the artist when using the artwork where possible but is not required to do so.\nLCH can use your first name for promotional and publicity purposes related to the competition.\nLCH accepts no responsibility for late\, lost\, corrupted\, misdirected\, or incomplete entries.\nTo the extent permitted by law\, LCH is not liable for any loss\, damage\, or injury suffered in connection with the competition or the acceptance and use of the prize.\nWhile reasonable care will be taken\, LCH cannot guarantee the return of any physical artwork submitted as part of the competition and accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to physical entries\n\nPrivacy: \n\nPersonal information collected in connection with the competition will be used solely for administering the competition and contacting entrants.\nInformation will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and LCH’s privacy practices.
